Introduction
National Plans for Disaster Management (NPDM 2021-2025) is developed to assuage disaster risk by focusing on the SFDRR priotities and other international plan prioties. National Plans for Disaster Management (NPDM 2021-2025) focused on specific hazards and disasters. It is mainly focused Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (SFDRR) which an action plans including four priorities. National Plan for Disaster Management (NPDM 2021-2025) is follow all disasters and hazards or multi-hazard or disaster approach; hazard specific activities to develop and implement this plan. There are major four priorities to created and develop of National Plan for Disaster Management (NPDM 2021-2025).

1. Understanding disaster risk
National Plan for Disaster Management is developed to reduce disasater risk reduction by national awarness and community build up. This plan has created by Government of Bangladesh (GoB) to upgrade national awarness initiatives on hazards, disasters and disaster risk reduction (DRM) through community, institutions, volunteer and media. This plans mainly focused to awarness rising programs for reducing disaster risk and understanding disaster risk. Disaster risk Management projects and programs are involve to the coummunity by disaster risk management projects and programs for building awarness, risk assessment and risk-nformed planning, hazard mapping. It focused to analyze risk assessment by technologies, prediction and forecasting of weather and climate conditions, improving weather and climate monitoring; it also observe stations and satelites to upgrading weather and climate conditions.
2. Strengthening disaster risk governance to manage disaster risk
Disaster risk assessment is one of the most important for identify disaster impact and invest the public risk of disaster. Disaster impact assessment is approved by EIA and SIA (Security Industry Authoriy). Government of Bangladesh is identify the disaster risk and then take advantage from risk information to the planning for reducing disaster risk, implementation and monitoring process. Inter-ministeris government of Bangladesh is coordinate the development policies and capacity building to teview and then perform the implementation of relevant policies, risk inform, protocols update like resilient public buildings, application of building codes and land use planning, water management, drainage management, safe from chemicals and toxic materials. Besides, it is also updating the national earthquake contingency plan and constitutes risk mitigation at local level
